The Academy of Reading has classes at Central Presbyterian Church on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. They offer diagnostic testing, instruction in reading and math, study skills, enrichment and ACT/SAT strategies. Age groups are K-12. It is owned and operated by Nancy Baker and Eugenia McKinney who have Reading Specialist degrees and years of experience in the school system.
