The Child Development Center is a non-profit childcare and preschool facility established by Central Presbyterian Church in 1993 as a service to the Fort Smith community.

The year round, full-day program provides a fun, nurturing and stimulating Christian environment for children who are from six weeks to five years of age.

We plan structured and unstructured activities that are matched to the age and developmental stage of each child.

We want to help ensure that your child is ready for kindergarten so we review and update our Preschool curriculums yearly.                  

In order to improve our ability to give lots of personal care and individual attention to your child, we maintain a high teacher to child ratio.  

We know there are never enough hours in your busy day so we are open extended  hours:

      7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
      Monday through Friday.
